1. Raw Material Preparation: Steel pipes are manufactured by rolling and forming steel or steel strips with units and molds, followed by welding.

2. Pre-welding Preparation: Prior to welding, preparation work for stainless steel pipes is required, including cleaning dirt, grease and oxides from the surface of stainless steel pipes, and performing beveling on the pipes to increase the welding contact area and improve welding strength.

3. Welding Process: According to different application scenarios and requirements, a variety of welding technologies can be adopted for stainless steel welded pipes, mainly divided into two categories: automatic welding and manual welding. Submerged arc welding and plasma welding are usually used for automatic welding; gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) is generally adopted for manual welding.

4. Post-welding Treatment: Further treatment is carried out after welding, such as post-weld annealing, polishing and cleaning. These steps help improve the mechanical and corrosion resistance properties of the weld joints.

5. Quality Inspection: After the welding of stainless steel pipes is completed, quality inspection shall be conducted to ensure that the quality and process of the weld joints meet the standards. The basis for quality inspection usually includes visual inspection, dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing and other methods.
