On April 27, 2017, the United States international trade Commission voted to make the fourth anti-dumping sunset review of the import of welded stainless steel pipes from the Taiwan region and south Korea ( welded ASTM a - 312 stainless steel pipe ) to the certainty of damage: if the existing anti-dumping measures against the products were cancelled, the material damage to the domestic industry of the United States will continue or occur again within a reasonable foreseeable period. According to the final results, the United States will continue to maintain anti-dumping measures against imports of stainless steel tubing from Taiwan and south Korea. In the ruling, five members voted for the affirmative vote.

On December 19, 2011, the United States department of commerce extended the third anti-dumping duty on products in Taiwan and south Korea. 
On November 1, 2016, the United States department of commerce launched the fourth anti-dumping sunset review on products involving Taiwan and south Korea. 
On March 7, 2017, the United States department of commerce issued a notice on the fourth anti-dumping rapid sunset review on the import of ASTM a - 312 welded stainless steel pipes from Taiwan and south Korea.
